🚫 No-Show Policy
If you do not appear within the 60-minute free waiting window and have not notified the driver, the chauffeur will be released. The transfer will be marked as a no-show and fully charged. Always communicate if you're running late β€” a quick message goes a long way.
✈️ Connecting Flights
If you have a connecting flight, please provide both flight numbers to PROFI DRIVER in advance. This allows them to track both legs of your journey and ensure your driver is timed perfectly to your actual arrival.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your transfer for a full refund as long as you do so at least 24 hours before your experience's start time. The cancellation deadline is 12:00 AM Central European Standard Time on March 13, 2026. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded, and changes within that window will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience's local Paris time.
